1. You will receive instructions and an official license in PDF format with which you've to register with me before you can resell "Resale Rights Secrets".

2. You are free to sell the Product at any price you decide.

However I reserve the unilateral right to revoke the license of any licensee, if that licensee is found to be selling it at a price below the suggested selling price of $47.00.

3. You may change the website sales letter in any way that you want as long as the copyright information remains intact and you do not misrepresent the product, its offer or its author and contributors.

3. You MAY NOT change the course itself in any way, and you may not sell the bonuses separately from the main manual. They must be sold together as a package.

4. You MAY NOT authorize other people to sell the product. You cannot grant resale rights to others.  If your customers want to sell the manual, then they must purchase a license directly from ResaleRightsSecrets.com. You may sell the product, but not the resale rights.

6. You MUST sell the course BY ITSELF as a stand alone product.  You cannot include it in any other "package" deal or membership site.  However, you MAY add bonus items to the course as long as they do not overshadow the main course itself. You may also package the main “Resale Rights Secrets” manual as a bonus item to your own product, provided your product’s selling for at least $67.

7. You MAY NOT sell this product at any online auction, including, but not limited to, eBay.com. It must be sold from your own website.

8. You MAY NOT market this product in any immoral or unethical manner, including UCE - unsolicited commercial email, also known as SPAM.

9. You MUST setup this product for order processing from your own server.  Please DO NOT send any of your customers to my download location.  Everything must be hosted at your own website and orders processed from there. I do not provide instructions for setting your site up.

10. Any violation of this agreement will be subject to a revoking of this license in which case all monies paid will be forfeited.

This constitutes the entire license agreement.  Any disputes or terms not discussed in this agreement are at the sole discretion of Ewen Chia.
